Artist Statement

​This project is a series of digital prints in book form characterizing relationships between different kinds of people.  The series is meant to be viewed as mini-stories within a whole.  My work seeks to step into the intimate - and often humorous - sphere of relationships which are, to many people, the most important aspect of their lives.  By delving into separate age groups and stages of life I hope to make a broad range of viewers relate to this project.  By seeing one's own faults or quirks in another character, it can make it easier to deal with in one's own life situations.  Through this internal self-realization my hope is that viewers will see the mirror within the project and reflect upon their own relationships in a more personal, meaningful way.​​​​​​​​​​
